The Founder Khwaja Bashir Ahmad (late) has established this Group in 1969.After sad demise, his two sons
Khawaja Mehmood Ur Rahman
Khawaja Mehboob Ur Rahman
took over this business in 1996.

Turn over of the Group is about 9.0 billion Pak rupees equivalent to 101 million US dollar, ending up to 30-06-2011.
